The Security Settings section helps you protect your Dashlane account by
managing authentication, passwords, trusted devices, and other security
features. Regularly reviewing these settings helps keep your personal
information safe.
Update Your Password
Use a strong and unique password for your account. Change it periodically to
improve account security and reduce the risk of unauthorized access.
Enable Two-Factor Authentication
Add an extra layer of protection by turning on two-factor authentication.
This requires a verification code in addition to your password during sign-in.
Manage Trusted Devices
Review the devices connected to your account and remove any devices you no
longer use or do not recognize.
Review Login Activity
Check recent account activity to monitor sign-ins and identify any unusual
access attempts.
Keep Your Account Protected
Update your security settings regularly, keep your recovery information
current, and use the latest version of the Dashlane app.
